Three-day kickoff agenda

Three days is the sweet spot: long enough to change how the field sells, short enough that nobody loses a week of pipeline. This agenda front-loads the big story, spends Day 2 on the skills that move deals, and gets everyone to the airport with a Q1 plan in hand. Swap the names, keep the shape.
